Committee involvement is open to all current PRHA members. Please consider furthering our mission by participating in a committee! Below is a list of current PRHA committees.
Strategic Planning Committee
Best for those who are forward-thinkers, visionaries, have strengths in organization, planning, goal setting, organizational culture, or allocation of resources. This committee has been established to develop and execute the next PRHA strategic plan. Meetings are variable based on member availability.
Legislative Committee
Is your passion health policy, regulation, and legislation? Do you benefit from interacting with local, state, and federal elected officials? If so, this committee is for you! Join us as we provide comments on proposed legislation and regulation, coordinate the annual Rural Legislative Briefing, and more!
Communications Committee
Best for those who excel in any form of communication, have a background in marketing, communications, or social media, or are passionate about furthering the mission of PRHA and promoting rural health needs in Pennsylvania. This committee typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 10:30am.
Executive Committee
Reserved for current members of the PRHA Board of Directors including positions of Treasurer, Secretary, State Office of Rural Health Representative, Vice-President, and President. Interested in serving in this capacity? Consider applying for a seat on our PRHA Board of Directors, here.
Nominating Committee
